Ms. Đào Thị Hà

Chief Executive Officer

With 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has held senior leadership positions at leading corporations such as Sun Group, Vingroup, Metro Cash & Carry Vietnam, and CB Richard Ellis Vietnam.

She is a founding member and Chief Executive Officer of VietHousing Real Estate Joint Stock Company, a strategic distribution partner of Vingroup’s real estate products.

She has provided consultancy and strategic advisory services in real estate business development and product development for numerous leading real estate corporations in Vietnam. Her expertise also extends to strategic planning, brand building, marketing and communications for real estate business operations, as well as high-level executive recruitment strategy consulting.

Ms. Trần Thị Huyền Trang

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

With 9 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has held key leadership roles, including Sales Director at T&T Urban Development and Industrial Park Co., Ltd. (T&T Land), Head of Pricing and Policy at Sun Group, and was responsible for leasing operations at Vingroup.

Previously, she worked with multinational corporations such as CBRE Vietnam and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts.

Ms. Phan Thị Tiểu Phụng

Sales and Business Development Director

With over 4 years of experience in the investment sector, she previously served as Sales and Project Development Director at Ecotech Vietnam, focusing on wind power and solar energy development.

She was also Director of DP Invest, providing services to Siemens Gamesa, and Director of TSV Investment Company, where she was responsible for renewable energy projects in collaboration with leading industry partners.

Prior to these roles, she held the position of Head of Sales at Vietnam Project Co., Ltd.

Ms. Phạm Ngọc Hà

Marketing and Communications Director

Strategic Consulting Director

With over 9 years of experience in real estate R&D, he/she previously held the position of Head of R&D at Tân Hoàng Minh Group and TMS Group, as well as business development management roles at CHGroup, BIM Group, and GamiLand.

Mr. Lê Đức Hiếu

Head of Legal Affairs

With 11 years of experience in legal practice, corporate law, and regulatory compliance, he/she has served as Head of Legal Advisory, overseeing consultation on corporate and business-related matters, investment advisory, and intellectual property rights for medium and large enterprises in Vietnam.

 
 

Mr. Nguyễn Anh Tuấn

Head of M&A

With over 5 years of experience in finance, M&A, and real estate development, he/she has held managerial positions across finance, M&A, and development departments, specializing in capital market analysis, financial analysis, investment appraisal, and market research.

He/she has also been responsible for financial oversight and control within reputable real estate corporations such as TNH, TMS Group, and MBLand Holding.
